COVID - 19 Policy for Liquidmotion Insured Bartending Service

Liquidmotion is committed to being a vendor you can trust with your most important moments and one that will help you navigate anything that may come up in planning your perfect bar.  The COVID-19 pandemic has already had an unprecedented impact on the hospitality community and it looks like it will impact events well beyond the next few weeks.

 

In regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, Liquidmotion has implemented changes to our rescheduling and cancellation policies that we trust will be helpful to our clients who may need to make changes to their bookings while allowing us to do our best to support our employees through this financially uncertain time.

 

During the time-frame when state and national governmental social distancing restrictions and mandates are in effect for COVID-19, please reference the policies below:

 

For changes outside of 14 days:

Cancellations or postponement will incur no penalty and your deposit will be returned or may be used towards your rescheduled event. 

 

For changes inside of 14 days:  

Within a 14 day window, staff has been scheduled, and product has been ordered.  Inside of 14 days, Liquidmotion will hold/charge a $100 fee per bartender for cancellation or postponement.  Normally and contractually, inside of 14 days, all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. We consider this minimal fee, used to support our dedicated employees, a reasonable compromise in light of the unprecedented number of cancellations and fluidity of the restrictions being passed down from state and national governmental agencies.

 

Please reach out to our team if you have any questions or would like to see how alternative dates can be scheduled. Currently, we have been able to accommodate all alternative dates and hope to continue to be able to support our clients through these changes.  Of course, we recommend that any changes or rebooking take place as soon as possible. Once some of the restrictions are lifted, we are certain that demand for our services will be stronger than ever.
