Brian Zachau, Owner

As the winner of the internationally respected TGI Friday's World Bartender Championship. record setter for most World Finals appearances (7 consecutive), and most US Championships (6 consecutive), owner, Brian Zachau co-founded Liquidmotion in 2006 as a flair bartending company. After getting asked to bartend weddings, he quickly realized Minneapolis was in need of a bartending service that offered high-quality bartenders who all share a passion for excellent customer service! Brian started off by bartending 3 weddings the first year, 33 the following, and now we are up to 700 events per year! When Brian isn't running the company, he spends his time with his wife Tisa, and their 4 young kids.

20 years of event experience

Has planned and worked 1000’s of private events. My most memorable event was the James Bond Quantum of Solace premiere party held at Tavern on the Green, Central Park NYC

Director of Event Planning
Chelsie oversees the sales and event planning department for Liquidmotion! She has been planning events for Liquidmotion since 2018. Her team guides clients through the bar planning process and transforms bar dreams into reality! She thrives on going above and beyond for all clients to ensure they have the best experience, and we execute their vision to perfection! She still works events from time to time, so you might just see her behind the bar slinging drinks!

Event Planning Manager
Cassandra joined Liquidmotion in 2021 as a bartender and recently joined the management team in early 2023! The combination of her service industry experience and her background in project management makes her an incredible asset to our planning team! She works with planning bars for all events from weddings, to corporate events, to private parties, and everything in between!

Director of Operations
Corey and his team helps ensure your events have everything that is needed for a fun party. He has a strong eye for knowing what it takes to run a flawless event which is why it was a no brainer to bring him on board in the Operations department in 2018. He oversee’s scheduling staff, ordering products and working with clients to go over final details and relay the bar plan to our event bartenders.

Operations Manager
As one LiquidMotion’s original bartenders, Jessie has been a part of this team from the very beginning and in 2020 Jessie accepted the role of Operations Manager! She ensures we have all supplies/ingredients for every event, and also helps with scheduling, ordering products, and making sure bartenders have all the details to execute the client's dream vision. Jessie has been in the industry for 25 years and with Liquidmotion since the beginning. Her favorite role is still bartending the events and seeing everything come full circle!

In 2006, Brian Zachau and Paul Trzcianko co-founded the beverage consulting company Liquidmotion, a sought-after bartender staffing, training, and performing expertise company. The Liquidmotion team, which currently employs a staff of 40 bartenders, has performed for a wide range of clients, including Hollywood premiere parties, billionaire birthday bashes, corporate events, and barnyard weddings. Their corporate clients have included General Mills, Moen, Google, Cambria, Accenture, Port-a-Cool, US Foodservice, Derse, Mohegan Sun, Activision, ReMax, and Diesel USA.

In 2015 with the event business changing in MN, Liquidmotion started expanding into weddings and corporate events. The first season saw a handful of weddings, and that foundation of perfect execution and the relationships fostered with top wedding planners and venues, we now help with 100 weddings a month! In 2017, Paul exited Liquidmotion to focus on his young family and to continue his success working on the Las Vegas strip as a top-level flair bartender.
